Royal Wolf Lodge offers a first class, all inclusive Alaskan fly fishing and lodging experience. Our strategic location within Katmai National Park and Preserve allows us quick access to some of the best rainbow trout fishing in the world. As pioneers in the Alaskan lodging industry, Royal Wolf offers both a historic look into the past, and supports the preservation of resources for the future.

While at Royal Wolf, the main lodge welcomes you to a comfortably modern space decorated with Alaskan artifacts, photographs and paintings. The wrap around deck offers an unfiltered, spectacular view. The large picture windows overlook the lakes, ponds and rolling hills of blooming tundra, wildflowers, and black spruce trees surrounding Royal Wolf, including the wildlife that inhabits it.

Staying at Royal Wolf, you’ll find all the amenities and creature comforts you crave after a productive day of fishing. Each cabin is strategically placed with a view of the surrounding wilderness and a bit of privacy. All cabins have heat, running water (including hot water), a full bathroom with shower, and two beds. You’ll find shampoo/conditioner/body soap in each shower, and hair dryers available upon request.

All anglers must fly into Anchorage and overnight the night before your trip.

You must then take a charter flight to Iliamna and once you land you will then be met by a lodge member and taken by float plane to the lodge.

Prices are Per-Person. Based on double occupancy. Seven nights accommodation, six days fly-out fishing.
