With over 200 miles of trout water, the Yellowstone is a river which holds the trout of a lifetime. We hire professional guides who will make your time on the river productive, educational, and most importantly, fun. Dry, Nymph and Streamer fishing that includes large Brown, Rainbow and Yellowstone Cutthroat Trout.

What’s Included: One day of guided fly fishing on the Yellowstone River, transportation from the Lodge to the river, as well as lunch and non-alcoholic drinks, flies, and rod/reel and/or wader loan. Not included are fishing licenses, breakfast, dinner, rod fees on private water, or gratuities.

Sage Lodge is open all year with multiple activities available including fly fishing, mountain bike riding, hiking, or a relaxing day at the spa. The best fly fishing starts in June and ends October. That’s not to say you can’t fish year round if you are rugged enough and chew gravel for breakfast.

Yellowstone National Park: We can arrange a guided tour of one of America’s most beautiful National Parks. The north entrance to Yellowstone is 35 miles south of the Lodge. Add-on a takeaway breakfast or packed lunch picnic. $740 for groups of 1-5 | $920 for groups of 6-10. 9 hour tour.

Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) is the recommended commercial airport for flying in. It is approximately a one-hour drive from Bozeman to Sage Lodge. There are fifteen non-stop flights to Bozeman from around the county including Long Beach and Los Angeles.

Driving: From I-90, take exit 333 in Livingston, Montana and head sought on US-89 for about 22 miles to Emigrant, MT. Turn East (left) on Murphy Lane and cross over the Yellowstone Rive to the intersection with East River Road. Cross over East River Road onto Old Chico Cemetery Road (gravel) where the Paradise Valley Fire Department will be on your left. Take the first right, Sage Lodge Road, and continue up this road for 1/4 mile until you reach the Lodge.
