A Better Way to Organize Your Next Fly Fishing Trip

We’ve all been there. You’re at the airline service desk looking for a copy of your e-ticket with the correct confirmation code, or you’re at the Rent-a-Car check-in digging for your receipt from that discount web site, or you’re in the cab on the way to the hotel – only you can’t remember the name of the hotel. In each case you’re probably juggling that thick manila folder you’ve amassed about your trip, digging through a pile of receipts and confirmations trying to find the right one for the right situation on the right day.

And then there are all those repeated requests from your wife (or husband), family, boss and/or employees for emergency contact numbers, and a schedule of just where you’ll be while you’re gone.

There is! And it’s a totally cool, totally free service available only to Travel Club members for any trip they book through Wild On The Fly. We call it our Dynamic Itinerary Builder and it’s easy. Simply forward every e-mail confirmation you receive on all reservations you make for any element of your trip: airlines, transfers, rental cars, hotels, dinner reservations, etc. We’ll add in relevant maps, photos, directions, contact information, etc., and all the daily detail about the fishing trip you’ve booked through us. Then we’ll combine it all together into one simple, easy to read document that you can access on-line, print, download to your computer or mobile device, or e-mail to your family or work colleagues.

The Dynamic Itinerary Builder automatically appears in your Personal Travel Profile as soon as you first book a trip. You can then edit it at any time yourself or continue to add detail by emailing or calling one of our travel concierges. What could be easier than that? Once you’ve returned from your travels your past itineraries will be archived in your profile and are easily accessible. So get rid of that ratty old manila folder forever!
